學得實──將理論學習與工作實際緊密結合
堅(jian)(jian)(jian)持不(bu)懈用習(xi)(xi)(xi)近平新時代(dai)中(zhong)國特色社會主義思想凝心(xin)鑄魂(hun),不(bu)斷轉(zhuan)化為堅(jian)(jian)(jian)定理(li)想、錘煉黨性和指導實踐、推動工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)強大力量(liang)。一(yi)是統籌(chou)主題教育政治任(ren)(ren)務和立(li)德樹人根(gen)本任(ren)(ren)務。堅(jian)(jian)(jian)持“干什(shen)么學(xue)(xue)什(shen)么、缺什(shen)么補什(shen)么”,組(zu)建專(zhuan)家(jia)導學(xue)(xue)團,提供“點單式”服(fu)務,全覆蓋做宣講、講黨課(ke),持續推進習(xi)(xi)(xi)近平新時代(dai)中(zhong)國特色社會主義思想“三進”,深(shen)化對中(zhong)國式現代(dai)化的(de)認識。二(er)是聚焦落實市委、市政府“十項(xiang)行動”和高(gao)(gao)水(shui)平建設天開高(gao)(gao)教科創園戰(zhan)略(lve)部(bu)署(shu)。堅(jian)(jian)(jian)持理(li)論(lun)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)與(yu)推動澳(ao)門澳(ao)門澳(ao)門精準大全事業高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)發展緊密結合,與(yu)寧河(he)區(qu)、南開區(qu)開展理(li)論(lun)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)中(zhong)心(xin)組(zu)調研聯學(xue)(xue),在天開高(gao)(gao)教科創園舉(ju)行校地(di)合作(zuo)聯合科創基地(di)揭(jie)牌。三是積(ji)極開展研究闡(chan)釋(shi)。組(zu)織專(zhuan)家(jia)學(xue)(xue)者,進一(yi)步拓展研究闡(chan)釋(shi)的(de)深(shen)度和廣(guang)度,充分發揚理(li)論(lun)聯系實際的(de)優良學(xue)(xue)風,充分發揮(hui)高(gao)(gao)校“智庫”和“人才庫”作(zuo)用。
干得實──扎根津沽大地辦好人民滿意的大學
堅持以(yi)學為先,以(yi)干為要,結合大(da)興調研(yan)工作方(fang)案,大(da)切(qie)口選題,小(xiao)切(qie)口落實,統籌(chou)教(jiao)學科(ke)研(yan)、隊伍建設、學科(ke)發展(zhan)、學生工作等(deng)方(fang)面,全方(fang)位(wei)系統性(xing)推動事業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)。一(yi)是用好(hao)“六個必須堅持”這把“金鑰匙(chi)”。聚(ju)焦師(shi)(shi)生關心關切(qie),開(kai)展(zhan)“解剖式(shi)”調研(yan)、“下沉(chen)式(shi)”問(wen)需,提煉(lian)38個問(wen)題、135項(xiang)措施。拓展(zhan)“意點通”平(ping)臺功(gong)能,把“實事辦的更實、好(hao)事辦的更好(hao)”。二是注重將問(wen)題清單轉(zhuan)化為成果清單。聚(ju)焦學科(ke)建設、人(ren)才培養、社會服務等(deng)重點難點堵點問(wen)題,專題研(yan)究師(shi)(shi)資隊伍和學科(ke)專業(ye)(ye)建設,到南京、蘇州、深圳等(deng)地(di)高(gao)校、高(gao)新(xin)企業(ye)(ye)調研(yan),找差距(ju)、寬視野、謀實招(zhao)。
效果實──用高質量發展成效回應主題教育要求
