“番(fan)茄可以美白(bai)是因(yin)為番(fan)茄中富(fu)含維(wei)生素C和番(fan)茄紅素,它(ta)們(men)可以有效(xiao)(xiao)地清除我們(men)體內代謝所產生的自由基(ji),從而達到(dao)使皮膚白(bai)嫩的效(xiao)(xiao)果。”李(li)老師耐心(xin)地解答著同學們(men)的疑惑,“花生除了富(fu)含不飽和脂肪酸等純(chun)植物(wu)物(wu)質外(wai),還(huan)有藥用活性化(hua)合物(wu)‘白(bai)藜蘆醇’,它(ta)具(ju)有抑制(zhi)血小板非正常凝(ning)聚(ju),預防心(xin)肌(ji)梗(geng)塞,腦栓塞,動脈粥樣(yang)硬化(hua),心(xin)臟(zang)病等功(gong)效(xiao)(xiao)。”
